Paul has chosen to specialize in the Tax and Accounting side of our business. He is highly educated on tax matters and has passed the rigorous two-day test administered by the IRS earning him the 'Enrolled Agent' status. This means he can represent taxpayers before the IRS in audits, the appeals process, and other complicated tax matters. He is also one of our ‘small business tax specialists’, preparing corporate, partnership, and sole proprietorship returns.

2) Accounting and Bookkeeping Services

Paul is very skilled with QuickBooks®, a popular accounting program. From initial setup and training to ongoing accounting support, Paul can help streamline your business’s bookkeeping. Paul also handles new business organization and set up, computerized bookkeeping services, payroll setup, and quarterly tax reporting. In other words, Paul takes care of the accounting headaches that many small business owners come to dread. Our clients appreciate this service as it affords them more time to work and develop their business.

3) Insurance and Financial Services

With a working knowledge in finances and accounting, Paul can provide expert advice with regard to budgeting, insurance, planning for retirement, college savings, etc. Paul also helps the small business owner set up 401(K) plans, health insurance plans, key-person life insurance and disability insurance. 5) Family

Paul has been married to his wife, Toni, for over 14 years. Toni is a mom, foremost, a state drama specialist and president of the South Jordan Community Theatre. Together, Paul and Toni have 5 beautiful children. Fun pastimes include boating at Lake Powell, watching and participating in dramas, playing games, and swimming together as a family.
